Governor Joho's EPL Frenzy: A Glimpse into His Love for Arsenal ¶
On September 15, 2019, Mombasa Governor Hassan Joho took to Twitter to express his excitement over Arsenal's match against Watford at Vicarage Road.
As an ardent Arsenal fan, Joho hailed the team's top scorer, Pierre Emerick Aubameyang, after he netted a brace against Watford in the first half.
However, Joho's celebration was short-lived as he referred to Aubameyang in the first person, almost as if he knew the Gabonese forward personally.
"It's a goal.... Pierre-Americk Aubameyang you did it bro," Joho tweeted, much to the amusement of his followers.
Despite the lighthearted moment, some of Joho's critics quickly reminded him of the woes facing his county, Mombasa.
Watford eventually staged a stunning comeback, clawing back to a 2-2 draw, leaving Arsenal on seventh place with eight points from five games.
