He netted his second goal six minutes later, assisted by James Rodriguez, leaving goalkeeper Aitor Fernandez with no answer.
Real Madrid took a three-goal lead to the dressing room after Casemiro scored in the 40th minute, assisted by Vinicius Junior.
Levante changed their style of play in the second half and scored two goals, one in the 49th minute through Borja Mayoral and another in the 75th minute via a superb header by Gonzalo Melero.
Despite their efforts, Levante were unable to get the third goal, and Real Madrid recorded a 3-2 win to move to second position on the table.
