Former professional boxer Mike Tyson has taken aim at fellow American Floyd Mayweather, dismissing his claims of being the greatest boxer ever.

According to Tyson, Mayweather's boasts are nothing more than a product of his own delusions, and he pointed to the fact that Mayweather relies on others to take care of his children as evidence of his supposed 'greatness.'

'He's very delusional,' Tyson said. 'Listen, if he was anywhere near that realm of great as Muhammad Ali, he'd be able to take his kids to school by himself.'

Mayweather, who retired from boxing in 2015 with a record of 50 wins and no losses, has long been touted as one of the greatest boxers of all time. However, Tyson's comments suggest that he may not be as highly regarded by his peers as he is by the general public.

Mayweather's boasts about his own abilities have been met with skepticism by many in the boxing world, and Tyson's comments are just the latest example of this.

As reported by TUKO.co.ke earlier this year, Mayweather has been known to flaunt his wealth and success on social media, often posting photos and videos of his luxurious lifestyle.

However, Tyson's comments suggest that Mayweather's boasts may be nothing more than a desperate attempt to cling to his fading fame.
