Nokia Unveils Five New Phones in Kenya ¶
On September 10, 2019, HMD Global, the home of Nokia phones, announced five new Nokia phones, including the highly anticipated Nokia 6.2 and 7.2, at the IFA 2019 in Berlin.
During the launch, Juho Sarvikas, Chief Product Officer, showcased the Nokia 6.2 and Nokia 7.2 and also hinted at the company's plans to introduce 5G technology in its 2020 range.
The Nokia 6.2 and 7.2 are set to be listed on the official Nokia Kenya website later this month. The Nokia 6.2 will start at $220 (around Ksh22,827), while the Nokia 7.2 will cost users $330 (around Ksh34,240) or more, depending on the variant.
Both phones are ready for Android 10 and will receive guaranteed monthly security updates for three years and OS upgrades for two years under Nokia's Android One program.

Nokia also released the Nokia 2720 Flip, a reimagined flip phone with 4G technology. The phone features a familiar flip-phone design, combining simplicity and reliability in a durable device.
