Phenny Awiti, a prominent HIV activist, has announced that she and her fiance are expecting their first child together. The news comes just two months after she shared her engagement with the public.

She shared a photo of herself holding her pregnant belly, hinting that she had stayed away from social media to hide her pregnancy but was now ready to share the journey with her fans.
Phenny first discovered she was HIV positive in 2008, and since then, she has been an advocate for HIV awareness and education. She has two children who are HIV negative, and now, she is hoping to deliver a third HIV negative baby with the love of her life.
"They say when she is lost, she is pregnant. On a journey, to raising another HIV negative baby," she penned in a sweet Instagram post.
