At 30 years old, Vanessa Hudgens is still turning heads with her toned physique. During the Carolina Herrera show at New York Fashion Week, she stunned in a bralette and shorts ensemble, showcasing her impressive six-pack abs.
So, how did Vanessa achieve her rock-hard abs? According to her, it's a combination of regular yoga practice, SoulCycle classes, and a strict diet. In an interview with Women's Health, Vanessa revealed that she aims for three yoga classes each week, comparing yoga to therapy.
When it comes to a more intense workout, Vanessa turns to SoulCycle. "Put me on a bike in a room with loud music, and I'm happy," she said. "It's like dancing without the stress of worrying if you look good." Pilates and circuit training are also part of her routine.
But Vanessa's fitness journey doesn't stop at exercise. She also follows a strict diet, incorporating intermittent fasting and the keto diet. "I’ve been intermittent fasting a lot, because for me, I love pasta, I love pizza, and when I’m not eating carbs I feel like a little piece of me dies," she told People.
Vanessa's diet consists of eating during a six-hour period each day (from noon to 6 p.m.), and then fasting for the other 18 hours. She also switches to the keto diet to change things up, allowing herself to eat throughout the day. "I’m always making sure I’m getting those healthy fats in, so I eat a LOT of almond butter," she added to the publication. "You feel really energetic and supported on the keto diet."
