Former Miss Tanzania Wema Sepetu has joined the list of celebrities who have shared their death wishes. In a past interview, she revealed her preferences for her funeral.
According to Wema Sepetu, she would like her grave to be decorated with pink flowers and for her close friend and fellow actress Aunty Ezekiel to be the first one to place a wreath on her grave.
She also expressed her desire for her family and friends to come to her funeral looking happy, with her body placed in a well-decorated area filled with pink flowers.
Wema Sepetu's death wishes are not unique, as other celebrities have also shared their preferences for their funerals. These include Kenneth Matiba, who asked to be cremated instead of given a state funeral, and Professor Wangari Mathaai, who also requested to be cremated to avoid cutting down trees for her coffin.
Former Citizen TV presenter Julie Gichuru has also shared her death wishes in a touching poem, in which she expresses her desire to be cremated and have her ashes set free in the Indian Ocean.
