Published on September 8, 2019, Akothee, a renowned singer, took to social media to express her disappointment with a popular cake house after spending 25,000 Kshs on a cake that failed to meet her expectations.
According to Akothee, the cake house messed up her son's birthday and now had done the same on a big day again, prompting her to threaten to use her influence to get a complete refund or ask her fans and followers for a boycott of the cake house.
Akothee's post on Instagram read: 'My 25,000 on my mpesa now or I come for you. Wait for this shit. This same idiots messed up my sons birthday, and I dint mention, and today you have messed me on a big day again?????? You even wrote the name with a black pen?????? it was white and gold with a touch of red where did black come from? Or because I am black???????'
