After completing his education, Dr Ofweneke found himself working as an MPesa agent in Nairobi's Kangemi estate, living in a small single room. He recalled, '8 years ago with my first jobo as an MPesa agent this is how my first ever house in Kangemi looked like...'
He described his humble abode, which included a Kaluworks green stove, two sufurias, a curtain that barely hid anything, two stainless steel spoons, a mattress that felt like sleeping on a slice of bread, and an LG phone that costed 1,499/=, which was also his home theatre.
Dr Ofweneke also shared his struggles with sharing a bathroom with almost five other neighbors and the challenges he faced in his early days as a comedian.
However, he remained determined and focused on his dreams, eventually becoming one of the most sought-after comedians around.
