On September 7, 2019, Olympic skier Lindsey Vonn made a bold statement at a New York Fashion Week event, wearing a see-through two-piece bodysuit with a star pattern.

The outfit, which left little to the imagination, showcased Vonn's toned arms, legs, and abs. The athlete's fitness routine, which includes TRX workouts and cycling, has clearly paid off.

According to her trainer, Alex Bunt, Vonn works out in the gym five to six days a week, year-round. Her routine includes strength-focused days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, as well as agility training on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Leg and core workouts are also a key part of Vonn's fitness regimen. "Having a strong core and legs really makes me feel confident," she told Women's Health. "I like being able to squat heavy weight, and on my body, when I do leg workouts, I can see them getting bigger and stronger pretty quickly."

"I use the TRX a lot," Vonn said. "I’ll do body saws or dragon flags—those rip everything every time!" —Lindsey Vonn, Women's Health

TRX workouts, in particular, are a favorite of Vonn's, who uses them to target her entire body. Cycling also plays a crucial role in her training, with Bunt noting that her bike fitness is "incredible" and a cornerstone of their program.

Clearly, Vonn's hard work has paid off—in all the right places.
