The program has received significant funding from international partners, including the Agence Française de Développement (AFD), the European Union (EU), and the European Investment Bank (EIB), in partnership with the Government of Kenya.
AFD and the European Union have pledged a total of Ksh 13.7 Billion (120 Million Euros), comprising a concessional sovereign loan of 90 Million Euros and a grant of 30 Million Euros. The European Investment Bank has agreed to support the project with up to 60 Million Euros, bringing the total fund for this phase to 180 Million Euros.
Interested consultants are required to apply by October 1, 2019, providing evidence of their qualifications and experience to perform the necessary services.
