On September 2, 2019, the long wait of Boniface Wambua and Caroline Kathini, a middle-aged couple from Machakos County, finally came to an end.
After eight years of trying to conceive, the couple welcomed triplets, all baby boys, at the Machakos Level 5 Hospital.
Caroline, a salon owner in Machakos town, safely delivered the triplets through Caesarean section, describing it as a miracle.
“Children come from God. If you’re married and have no kids, do not give up on the marriage… do not despair. This is a big miracle to us,” said Caroline.
Her husband, an Administration Police (AP) officer who was left crippled following a road accident, was overjoyed and lost for words as he watched his three sons.
“All I can say is keep praying and trust God. With God everything is possible,” said Boniface.
