On Saturday, Liverpool secured a 3-0 win over Burnley, but the match was not without controversy. Sadio Mane, who had helped his team score their second goal in the 37th minute, was substituted just two minutes after teammate Mohamed Salah failed to pass to him inside the area.

Mane's reaction to being substituted was immediate and intense. He gesticulated angrily from the bench, visibly upset at the decision. The incident has sparked debate, with many wondering what sparked Mane's fury.

According to manager Juergen Klopp, Mane was upset, but not necessarily because of the substitution. 'He was upset, that was obvious, Sadio cannot hide his emotions, I like that but (it is) all sorted, we spoke about it,' Klopp said.

However, Klopp also suggested that Mane's behavior was not entirely acceptable. 'Would he do it exactly the same manner again? Probably not but it happened. He didn’t say any wrong words, just looked a little bit different to how he looks usually. It’s all fine,' he said.
