Dr. Sandra Lee, also known as Dr. Pimple Popper, has released a new video where she removes solar comedones, a condition often caused by years of sun exposure.

According to DermNet NZ, solar comedos are deep furrows of blocked follicles that can give the skin a yellowed, dotted appearance. They are more common in older patients and are often found in areas with high sun exposure, such as inland California.

Dr. Lee used tiny tweezers to remove the solar comedones from a patient's nose and cheek, demonstrating her skill and expertise in the process.

“Let’s see if I can get this one little thing that is driving me crazy,” Dr. Lee says in the video, as she alternates between putting pressure on the skin and grasping the follicle with her tweezers.

Dr. Pimple Popper's latest video is a reminder to protect our skin from the sun and to be aware of the potential risks of solar comedones.
