On August 29, 2019, a remarkable story of resilience and hope unfolded on the Jeff Koinange Live show on Citizen TV.

Thirteen-year-old Bianca Wambui, a brave breast cancer warrior, shared her heart-wrenching tale with the nation, moving many Kenyans to action.

After undergoing an operation to remove one of her breasts, Bianca faced the daunting challenge of stigmatization from her fellow students, forcing her to drop out of school.

"I had to leave school because of the children who would say, 'This one has one breast, let's tease her,'" Bianca tearfully recounted.

Financial constraints prevented Bianca from undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy, leaving her treatment uncertain.

However, the tide turned when Jeff Koinange shared a paybill number to help Bianca raise funds for her cancer treatment, and the contributions began pouring in.

Within just one hour, an astonishing Sh 2,442,500 had been raised, providing a lifeline for Bianca's treatment and education.

Nairobi Woman Representative Esther Passaris pledged to cover Bianca's educational expenses, further solidifying the community's support.

As Bianca's faith in receiving help was vindicated, she can now resume her education and begin her chemotherapy treatment.
