The job posting, which has sparked a heated debate on social media, requires the nanny to be at least 35 years old, have at least 5 years of experience, and be willing to travel with the family.
The starting salary for the nanny is Ksh. 80,000, which has raised eyebrows among many social media users.
One lawyer, Grace Ndiege, even joked about quitting her practice to take up the lucrative position, saying, 'I have a law degree and four years experience looking after 2 kids plus I take amazing IG photos I could manage his Instagram account and teach him law while the rest of the kids are singing nursery rhymes?.'
However, Ndiege also raised some questions about the job, including whether it includes pension, medical cover, and leave days, and whether the employer is an equal opportunity employer.
Other social media users have also reacted to the job posting, with some joking about applying for the position despite lacking experience, while others have questioned the salary and whether it is inclusive of other benefits.
