On August 26, 2019, a group of male churchgoers from Neno Evangelism Ministries issued a stern warning to Pastor James Ng'ang'a over fresh insults they claim targeted them.

The men, through their lawyers Otieno and Amisi Advocates, demanded that Ng'ang'a withdraw the threats and insults within two days or face a defamation lawsuit.

According to a letter seen by Nairobi News, the churchgoers alleged that Ng'ang'a used threatening and abusive words against them, including derogatory signs and language referencing their sexual organs.

They further claimed that Ng'ang'a used undisclosed means and powers to threaten to disable their abilities to engage in sexual intercourse, leaving them feeling humiliated and offended.

The men warned that if Ng'ang'a fails to withdraw the threats and issue a public apology within the stipulated time, they will proceed to court seeking damages.
