Get ready for the ultimate test of driving skills as the Powerlast Hill Climb returns to Naivasha on September 21-22. Organised by the Rift Valley Motor and Sports Club, this exciting event promises to deliver a thrilling experience for drivers and spectators alike.
The Hill Climb competition allows a variety of vehicles to participate, including motorbikes, quads, buggies, and modified rally cars. The challenging three-kilometer course features a mix of sharp bends and corners, with drivers competing to set the quickest time uphill from 1,900m to 2,200m.
Supported by Chloride Exide, the event will be staged at Malewa Bay on Moi North Lake road in Naivasha. Foreign drivers from neighbouring countries are welcome to participate free of charge, and organisers will provide camping venues for spectators and competitors during the two-day event.
According to Gurvir Bhabra, the main organiser of the event, 'The Powerlast brand brings to life the grit that Hill climb events embody and we are delighted to partner with Chloride Exide as our title sponsor for the annual event.'
