Real Madrid Pursue Neymar as PSG Star's Future Remains Uncertain ¶
Published on August 23, 2019
Real Madrid have reportedly sent representatives to Paris to negotiate with Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) over the potential transfer of Brazilian star Neymar.
Neymar, who has been linked with a return to Barcelona, has been a key player for PSG since joining the club in 2017. However, his future at the French club remains uncertain, with reports suggesting that he may be open to leaving.
According to Spanish newspaper Sun, Real Madrid are willing to pay a significant transfer fee to secure Neymar's services, with reports suggesting that they are willing to pay up to €100 million (£87 million) to sign the Brazilian star.
PSG, however, are reportedly reluctant to let Neymar go, and are said to be demanding a transfer fee of around €200 million (£175 million) for the Brazilian star.
The negotiations between Real Madrid and PSG are ongoing, with both clubs reportedly keen to secure a deal for Neymar.
It remains to be seen whether Neymar will ultimately join Real Madrid or remain at PSG, but one thing is certain - the Brazilian star's future is set to be a major talking point in the transfer market in the coming weeks.
