Former Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has taken his ex-club to court for the second time, seeking a payout of £60,000.
Conte, who was awarded £9 million in May after winning his first case against Chelsea, is reportedly aiming to shame his former employees rather than solely seeking financial gain.
According to reports, Conte's claimant status in a preliminary hearing held at the London Employment Tribunal on Friday, August 16, suggests that he is seeking to make a point rather than just seeking a large payout.
Conte was fired by Chelsea just after two seasons in charge of the Premier League outfit, during which he won the Premier League and FA Cup.
Chelsea are facing another legal battle with their former manager, who is seeking a payout of £60,000.
