Dr. Jonah Manjari, the CEO of Kenya Medical Supplies Authority (KEMSA), is at the center of a corruption scandal that has left many questioning his leadership.

According to sources, Manjari's love for skirts has become a major issue, but it's not the only problem he's facing. The recruitment of 50 positions under Universal Health Care (UHC) has been marred by controversy, with many alleging that the process was unfair and biased towards those close to Manjari.

The positions, which included masons, carpenters, plumbers, security personnel, cleaners, and kitchen staff, were advertised, but the selection process was allegedly controlled by Manjari's 'kitchen cabinet,' which is currently engaged in a witch-hunt.

Those who were favored in the recruitment process were allegedly those who were close to Manjari, raising concerns about nepotism and favoritism.

Manjari's actions have also been questioned in the procurement department, where he allegedly pushed to employ an extra person to report directly to him as a spy and manage his vested deals.

Furthermore, it has emerged that Manjari initiated a foreign trip to Dubai in mid-June, where he was accompanied by two staff members from his office, including his personal assistant and secretary.

However, it has been alleged that the personal assistant, who also acts as Manjari's pimp, was paid per diem but never traveled to Dubai. Instead, he was spotted with a lady working at KEMSA in a hide-out along Kiambu road, enjoying the per diem money.

During the Dubai trip, Manjari was accompanied by two females in their mid-thirties, including his secretary and another unidentified female who is said to be his concubine. The lover, whose name has been withheld, traveled to Dubai on the expense of KEMSA accounts, including air travel, allowances, and accommodation.

It is alleged that Manjari engaged in sex exploits with the lover during the period, and that she attended a conference with a senior manager, Caroline Gichinga, without her knowledge or consent.

Early this year, Manjari and two other KEMSA staff were sponsored by a supplier to attend an exhibition in Dubai, where they allegedly exchanged millions of shillings to win lucrative tenders at KEMSA.
