Manchester United's players are on edge after Paul Pogba's penalty miss against Wolves on Monday, with some teammates worried that the incident could impact his commitment to the club.

The Frenchman's second-half spot-kick was saved by Wolves keeper Rui Patricio, and the decision for Pogba to take the kick was heavily criticised after the match.

United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has since reportedly made Marcus Rashford the designated penalty taker, but the rest of the squad fear Pogba may not respond well to the decision.

According to The Sun, United's players are worried that Pogba is not in the right frame of mind since the incident, and that he may be reconsidering a move away from Old Trafford with the European transfer deadline still over a week away.

United have done a good job of fending off interest from Real Madrid and Juventus, but now must pick Pogba back up after his miss. His teammates feel he may now be questioning his commitment to the club, and whether he feels supported by his manager.
