Media personality Janet Mbugua has finally responded to questions about periods posed by her followers on Instagram, narrowing the questions to 10 and answering them in a 20-minute video on her YouTube channel.
One of the most asked questions was whether it is safe to have sex during a woman's period. Janet Mbugua says she has no problem with period sex, but emphasizes the importance of taking precautions to maintain proper hygiene.
She advises using a towel and covering the sheets to prevent mess, and notes that while some people may find period sex messy, it is not inherently unhealthy. However, she encourages girls to seek medical help if they experience excruciating pain or prolonged menses.
