Published on August 21, 2019, the real estate sector in Kenya has been experiencing exponential growth over the past five years.
This growth is attributed to the combined efforts of various players and stakeholders in the sector, including land agents, property developers, property consultants, real estate-related suppliers, and the government.
Recognizing the key players in the sector who have achieved excellent results and positively impacted their clients' lives, the Real Estate Excellence Awards were established.
On August 16, 2019, during a gala dinner at the Movenpick Hotel in Nairobi, Mwananchi Credit Limited was announced as the winner of the 2019 Best Credit Institution in title-based financing award.
Executive Director Dennis Mombo expressed gratitude to the clients and organizers for the award, stating, "A big thank you to our clients and organisers for this award. We are truly honoured to receive it. It is an even greater honour to be placed in such distinguished ranks as those of the past and present honorees, all of whom have made important contributions in the various realms of the real estate sector."
He also emphasized the significance of being recognized for their work, saying, "Being recognized for a job well done is both gratifying and validating and we will continue to reciprocate the same great financial support and service to all our esteemed clients."
