Published on August 20, 2019, reports have emerged that Harmonize, a Tanzanian musician, has parted ways with Wasafi Records, a label owned by Diamond Platnumz.

The alleged feud between Harmonize and Diamond Platnumz began earlier in the year when Diamond Platnumz released a song called 'Inama,' which hinted at a rift between the two artists.

According to sources, Harmonize's decision to leave Wasafi Records was fueled by a long-standing feud with Diamond Platnumz, which has been ongoing for several months.

Recently, Harmonize made changes to his Instagram account, deleting his affiliation with Wasafi Records and following Ali Kiba, a rival of Diamond Platnumz.

Classic 105 presenter Maina Kageni, a close friend of Harmonize, confirmed that the musician is indeed leaving Wasafi Records to establish his own record label, Konde Gang.

Responding to the news, Diamond Platnumz claimed that Harmonize missed his performance at the 'One Africa Music Fest' due to visa issues, which were allegedly planned by Harmonize's management team.

"At times, visa issues arise, and we proceed without him. However, we believe that upcoming shows will require all dancers to be present, including him," Diamond Platnumz said in a statement.
