Published on August 18, 2019, the Guinean Football Federation (Feguifoot) has banned former Harambee Stars coach Paul Put from participating in any football-related activities in the country.
The federation's disciplinary committee found Put guilty of violating the federation's code of ethics.
Put, a Belgian coach, was appointed as the head coach of the Guinea national team in March 2018 and led the team to the round of 16 in the 2019 AFCON tournament.
Diaby, who was also charged alongside Put, has denied the allegations, saying, "We believe the allegations are not true at this time," according to his lawyer Malick Ibrahim.
Diaby, who was serving as the vice-chairman of the federation, has been banned for seven years.
Put's ban comes after the federation's disciplinary committee found him guilty of violating the federation's code of ethics.
Put has not commented on the ban, and it is unclear what his next move will be.
