On August 16, 2019, a term emerged to describe women with a strong desire for men, often driven by physical attraction or financial gain. These women have been dubbed 'Fisiress' or 'Mafisilets.'

According to some, a Fisiress is a woman who salivates over any male, regardless of his physical appearance or wealth. They are often described as 'sex-thirsty' and can be identified by their behavior.

Here are six ways to identify a Fisiress:

  • They are often single and pretend to have never been in a relationship, especially when meeting someone new.
  • They have a tendency to turn their heads when they see a man, any man, and can be easily distracted by a handsome or wealthy individual.
  • They enjoy chatting and flirting with men, often through text messages or social media.
  • They frequently tag their friends on men's photos on Instagram, often to 'kula kwa macho' or to get a reaction from their friends.
  • They wear chokers, a fashion trend that has been associated with prostitution in the past.
  • They make moves on men, often in public places, and can be quite forward in their approach.
