On July 29, 2019, a heated exchange between Zari and TV presenter Anita Fabiola took place at the Miss Uganda finals.
According to eyewitnesses, Zari demanded that Fabiola present the winner, handing her the papers in the process. Before that, Zari referred to herself as 'The Boss Lady' and claimed to have an assistant to handle such tasks.
It's worth noting that Zari and Fabiola have a history of rivalry, dating back to Fabiola's close friendship with Hamisa Mobetto, the Tanzanian model who was involved in a high-profile cheating scandal with Diamond Platnumz.
While Zari's behavior may have painted her in a negative light, Fabiola's calmness during the incident earned her praise from fans.
