Senegalese football star Sadio Mane has been making headlines for his charitable efforts in his home country. The 27-year-old Liverpool winger has been involved in several community projects, including the construction of a school in his hometown of Bambali.

According to photos shared on social media, Mane was seen visiting and inspecting the school, which is currently under construction. This is not the first time Mane has given back to his community, as he has also built a hospital and mosque for his community.

Mane's charitable efforts have touched the hearts of his countrymen, and he is not the only football star to have made a positive impact on his community. Other notable footballers, such as Didier Drogba and Victor Wanyama, have also been involved in various charity projects.

Didier Drogba, the Ivorian football legend, opened a fully furnished school for the Ivorian village of Onahio Pokou-Kouamekro in 2018. The school was built by Drogba's foundation, which aims to provide children with access to education and help them live healthier lives.

Victor Wanyama, the Kenyan midfielder, initiated the Wanyama Royal Charity Cup tournament in 2018, which aims to build young talents and sensitize the youth on the importance of investing in a healthy lifestyle.
