For the sauce, you'll need:

  • 1 cup chili sauce
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • A stick of dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the chicken thighs in a mixture of vinegar, paprika, curry powder, garlic ginger paste, and salt for about an hour.
  2. Deep fry the chicken until golden brown, then set aside.
