Ken Okoth, the Kibra Member of Parliament, left an indelible mark on the lives of those around him, particularly in his final days. His courageous battle with stage four colorectal cancer, which ended on July 27, 2019, was not fought alone.
As Ann Wigmore once said, 'Your health is what you make of it. Everything you do and think either adds to the vitality, energy and spirit you possess or takes away from it.'
Ken Okoth was a fighter until the end, when his family made the difficult decision to take him off life support, as per his wish.
Before his passing, he was surrounded by friends who stood by him through thick and thin. Among them were:
