Kilimall's Jaw-Dropping Response to Wrong Delivery ¶
On July 23, 2019, a customer in Nakuru ordered a tongue ring from Kilimall, an online retailer. However, instead of receiving the correct item, the customer was delivered a belly ring.
When the customer requested a refund or return, Kilimall rejected the request, citing that the belly ring was 'sensitive' and could not be returned. In a shocking response, Kilimall asked the customer to straighten up the belly ring and use it as a tongue ring, claiming that it was made of soft material.
The customer, @JewelsDesiree, took to Twitter to express her frustration and disappointment with Kilimall's response. She shared a series of tweets, including one where Kilimall asked for the order number to 'advise accordingly' after rejecting her return/refund request.
Here's a summary of the events:
- Kilimall delivered a belly ring instead of a tongue ring to a customer in Nakuru.
- The customer requested a refund or return, but Kilimall rejected the request.
- Kilimall asked the customer to straighten up the belly ring and use it as a tongue ring.
As of July 25, 2019, the customer had not received a satisfactory response from Kilimall, and the issue remained unresolved.
