On July 25, 2019, a disturbing video surfaced online, capturing a heated confrontation between a traffic police officer and the owner of a car in Nairobi.
The footage, which has since gone viral, shows the policeman attempting to arrest the driver, who is resisting and trying to break free from a chokehold.
The incident occurred outside the Nairobi Montessori Preparatory school, although the exact date of the incident is unclear.
As the struggle continues, members of the public intervene, eventually separating the two and allowing the driver to escape and drive away.
