On July 25, 2019, Zari Hassan, a Ugandan businesswoman, took to social media to address rumors surrounding her personal life. She had recently tied the knot with King Bae in a private ceremony in South Africa.
Speculation had been rife that Prince Micky Mill was Zari's new husband, but she quickly put the rumors to rest in an interview with Millard Ayo.
'Micky Mill isn't King Bae. He's my friend, and he's been close to me and my family back home in Uganda, just like William [aka Boss Mutoto] and we take them as our brothers,' Zari explained.
She also clarified that Prince Micky Mill's comments on her social media page were just a sign of their close friendship, and there was nothing romantic between them.
When asked about her relationship with Prince Micky Mill, Zari revealed that they had met at the Hyatt hotel in Tanzania, where he was with someone else at the time.
