On July 24, 2019, Tanzanian socialite Mange Kimambi sparked controversy by accusing Diamond Platnumz of being paranoid and using drugs.
According to Mange, Diamond's behavior during a recent interview with Tanzanian press was 'bizarre' and suggested he might be 'high as a kite.'
She claimed that Diamond appeared 'paranoid' and 'scared of something,' with 'voices he is hearing inside his head.'
Mange also accused Diamond of using drugs, stating, 'Something is wrong with this guy, I don’t know if someone else has noted that.'
She even tagged Diamond's mother, Sandra Sanura, asking her to 'fight for her son instead of fighting over her husband.'
