On July 24, 2019, a tragic incident occurred at a bar in Elburgon, Nakuru, where a 34-year-old woman allegedly stabbed her husband to death.
The woman, who was drinking at the bar where her husband Benson Chege worked as a waiter, grabbed a knife from a nearby butchery and returned to the bar, stabbing Mr. Chege on the shoulder, killing him instantly.
According to the sisters of the deceased, they were informed that their brother had been involved in a scuffle on Monday at around 11 pm. When they rushed to the scene, they found their 33-year-old brother had already succumbed.
The matter was reported to Elburgon Police Station, and detectives launched investigations into the incident.
