July 23, 2019 - Stivo Simple Boy, the rising star behind the hit song 'Mihadarati', has expressed his desire to collaborate with Kenyan rapper Khaligraph Jones. The 'Mihadarati' hitmaker believes that working with Jones would be a great opportunity to create something special.
Stivo Simple Boy, who has been working as a construction worker before his newfound fame, has been eyeing music acts beyond Kenya's borders. He wants the messages in his songs to reach more people and believes that collaborating with international artists would help him achieve this goal.
"I'd like to collaborate with rappers like Tanzania's Roma Mkatoliki," Stivo said. "Here in Kenya, I admire Khaligraph Jones because he is too talented and I wouldn't mind a collabo."
Meanwhile, Khaligraph Jones has taken to social media to demand better treatment of Stivo Simple Boy by the media. He believes that the media should focus on promoting the artist's music rather than asking unnecessary questions.
"Naona Sai Kila mtu anataka Kuleta Uyu Kijana Interview kwa Show zao sababu Atawaongezea Ratings, alafu Badala ya kuongelea Mihadarati mnaanza kumuuliza kama Yeye ndio the most handsome man when he clearly stated he is not a comedian but an artist, @chipukeezy make sure All his Expenses are being catered for by anyone who wants to host him on their TV/ Radio/Blog shows," Khaligraph Jones rallied.
