On a recent Sunday, Diana Marua made a bold move in her household, deciding to hire a houseboy instead of a housegirl. This decision was met with surprise and confusion, especially from her husband Bahati and their nanny Heaven.
According to sources, Diana was concerned about the workload in her household, particularly with the arrival of their new baby. She felt that a houseboy would be better equipped to handle the tasks, especially with Heaven reaching an age where she requires undivided attention.
Speaking to her nanny, Diana expressed her concerns about the workload, saying, 'my pregnancy wants a houseboy. he is coming to do housework.'
The houseboy, Hillary, made his way to Bahati and Diana's residence with a hen as a gift to the boss. He walked in excitedly, saying, 'this hen is for the boss. Mtoto wa Mama. Madam Diana mwenye. greetings from my people. I am happy I am here.'
At first glance, Diana was already doubting her decision, saying, 'my houseboy is finally here. I don’t know if this is the right decision I have made but his guy is a total shamba boy.'
However, things took a turn for the worse when Bahati arrived home and was surprised to find a stranger in his house. The stranger, Hillary, introduced himself as Hila from Vihiga, and Bahati was left ranting at his wife, saying, 'who are these you’ve brought, adding soldiers and we already have one?'
Diana tried to calm him down, saying, 'surely babe how do you just start scolding me from the door? At least ask me who the babies and I are doing? I told you I’ll make changes in this house. That is our house boy i am done with house girls and by the way he is a nice guy.'
However, the experiment was short-lived, and Hillary was later told to go back home because both Bahati and Diana could not handle him. So, Diana is back to square one, and hopefully, she’ll find a house girl before she gives birth.
