July 19, 2019, marked a cautionary tale for media personalities, as Anne Kiguta reflected on the pitfalls of fame.

Speaking on the drama surrounding former news anchor Esther Arunga, Kiguta emphasized that even a single mistake can have far-reaching consequences.

"I am not perfect than all those other women. These are things that happen to anyone. It takes one mistake and you go down that road," Kiguta said.

She went on to caution that no matter who you are, nothing truly prepares you for the exposure that comes with being a media personality.

"I always urge caution when young people are entering the space. Nothing quite prepares you for this level of public exposure," Kiguta advised.

When asked how she manages to keep her life private and still remain relevant in the media industry, Kiguta attributed her success to prioritizing her faith.

"God has been my first priority. About me not going down that road, I am a person of faith and my faith has grounded me. Without the Grace of God, Yahweh protecting me from lots of issues, then I would not be anywhere," she said.
