Published on July 18, 2019, Tanzanian singer AY has been at the center of rumors surrounding his marriage to Remy.
According to a social media post, the couple, who have been together for only two years, have allegedly parted ways, with AY taking their son to Rwanda to stay with Remy's parents.
However, in an interview with EATV, AY refused to comment on the issue, stating that he's a man who doesn't engage in gossip.
"Hizo story gani sasa, wewe za udaku mimi sio mtu wa mambo ya udaku. Hizi stori za udaku mimi nazitoleaje ufafanuzi, kwasababu mtu mmoja anaamka nakuandika anachotaka," said the Tanzanian rapper.
A blogger had claimed that Remy abandoned her husband and their son, fleeing to the United States where she is currently working.
AY's decision to avoid commenting on the issue has sparked further speculation about the state of his marriage.
