Located in Parklands, the club has been a favorite among locals and visitors alike, but a recent video exposed a disturbing incident where staff members were seen separating black patrons from white ones at the entrance.
The video, which has been widely shared on social media, shows the club's bouncers asking black Kenyans to join a separate queue, sparking outrage among Kenyans on Twitter, including activist Boniface Mwangi and former Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko.
The Alchemist's management has since released a statement apologizing for the incident and promising to cooperate with investigations.
