A Kenyan musician has taken an unconventional approach to expressing his admiration for Martha Karua, the Azimio flagbearer.
Going by the stage name Okoth Vicky, the singer released a song titled 'Martha Karua Will You Marry Me' last week, in which he sings about his love for Karua and asks her to marry him.
Okoth Vicky, 38, who signed under Kakamega Records, jokes in the song that Raila Odinga refused to give him Karua's number, and even asks President Uhuru Kenyatta to take him to Karua's to deliver her dowry.
He also takes shots at Ruto's running mate Rigathi Gachagua, calling him 'ugly' and Karua 'beautiful.'
When asked about his intentions, Okoth Vicky said, 'If possible I will walk from Kakamega to look for her wherever she is.'
