Kenya's unemployment crisis has been a pressing issue for years, with the problem exacerbated by corruption and poor politics.

According to a recent report, a significant number of qualified applicants are vying for key positions in government and private sectors, with many entry-level jobs attracting hundreds of applicants.

As a result, tribalism and racism in recruitment have become a factor in some recruitments, with a recent case at Eka Hotel highlighting the severity of the issue.

Unemployment is a major concern for any nation, and in today's globalized world, it poses a significant threat to economic stability and security.

Without employment, it is difficult to beat poverty, and unemployment represents a failure of the economy or a breakdown in political and economic systems.

Kenya's youth bulge presents a significant opportunity, but it also poses a danger if not managed properly.

Fixing the economy to create more opportunities for enterprises to thrive and for large companies to grow is crucial in addressing the unemployment problem.

By doing so, the government can collect more taxes and employ more servants to provide essential services.
