President Uhuru Kenyatta has been awarded the Reformative Leadership Award at the Public Sector Conference held in Accra, Ghana.
The President was recognized for his exemplary leadership in the past year, a testament to his commitment to reform and progress.
Other Kenyans who received awards include Mamo Mamo, the Director-General of the National Environment Management Authority, who was awarded the Public Sector CEO of the Year award.
Rosemary Oduor, the Acting Managing Director of Kenya Power Company, was recognized as the Outstanding Woman in Power, while Patrick Njoroge, the Governor of the Central Bank of Kenya, and Allan Kilavuka, the General Managing Director of Kenya Airways, were recognized in the Africa Top 50 Public Sector Leader category.
The Kenya Power and Lighting Company received the award for Driving Efficiency through Technology Adoption, while the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) was recognized as the Environmental Regulator of the Year.
