Kenya Power has announced the appointment of Eng. Geoffrey Wasua Muli as the Acting Managing Director, effective May 17, 2022.
Eng. Muli takes over from Eng. Rosemary Oduor, who is currently on annual leave.
According to a statement by Kenya Power Company Secretary Ochieng' J, the Board of Directors appointed Eng. Muli under Article 113 of the Articles of Association of the Kenya Power and Lighting Company PLC.
Eng. Muli holds a Master of Business Administration (Strategic Option) and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Administration (Strategic Option) and is a Registered Professional Engineer with the Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK) and a Corporate Member of the Institute of Engineers of Kenya (IEK).
Before his appointment, Eng. Muli served as the acting General Manager in charge of Regional Coordination in the Company.
