Published on July 16, 2019, Kieran Trippier, the right back for Tottenham Hotspur, has agreed to a four-year deal with Atletico Madrid.
Trippier is expected to undergo medicals in Madrid on either Tuesday or Wednesday, after which he will join the rest of the team for their pre-season training camp in Los Angeles de San Rafael.
The move is reportedly worth £20 million (KSh 2.5 billion) plus add-ons, according to the Telegraph.
Trippier signed for Tottenham Hotspur on June 19, 2015, for a reported £3.5 million from Burnley.
Spurs have excused Trippier from their team flight to Singapore on July 17 to complete his move to the Wanda Metropolitano.
