Grimes, the Canadian singer-songwriter, has been unveiled as the new face of Stella McCartney's eco-friendly Adidas collection. The campaign, launched on Instagram, features Grimes' unorthodox fitness routine, which she claims helps her maximize her energy levels.

According to Grimes, her '360 approach to fitness' begins with a 'healthy cellular routine' that involves taking supplements such as NAD+, Acetyl L-Carnitine, and Magnesium. She claims this process promotes ATP production and allows her to feel the energy building within her.

After 2-4 hours in a deprivation tank, Grimes engages in a 1-2 hour sword fighting session with her trainer, James Lew. Her cool-down includes a 30-45 minute hike at a moderate pace. She also spends 45 minutes stretching before heading into the studio, where she claims her mind and body are functioning at peak level.

Grimes' studio is equipped with high-grade red light, and she reveals that she has eliminated all blue light from her vision through an experimental surgery. The surgery, which she claims helps cure seasonal depression, involves replacing the top film of her eyeball with an orange ultra-flex polymer.

Grimes' Instagram post has been met with a mix of amusement and skepticism, with some questioning the authenticity of her claims. However, the post has also sparked a conversation about the importance of self-care and the role of social media in shaping our perceptions of wellness.
