On Monday, ODM leader Raila Odinga launched the third edition of the Kenya Trade Week at the Kenyatta International Conference Centre (KICC), where he was received by Trade and Industrialization CS Peter Munya.
The high-level business summit, under the theme 'Powering Regional Integration through Trade', is being held through a partnership between the government and the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA).
Notably, Munya's invitation of Odinga to launch the conference appeared to confirm the shifting political dynamics in the Cabinet, amidst a bitter face-off between Munya and Deputy President William Ruto.
