With the deadline for reregistering SIM cards in Kenya fast approaching on 15th April 2022, as set by the Communications Authority of Kenya, Telkom Kenya is reminding customers to confirm their registration status to avoid any disruptions to their services.

According to a notice shared by Telkom, the company is committed to offering its customers the best internet, voice, and added value technology products, including phones and other devices.

As part of the SIM Card Validation Exercise, Telkom is urging customers to take the necessary steps to ensure they are fully registered before the deadline. 'It is our objective to get all of you fully registered guided by existing regulations,' the company stated in the notice.

To confirm your registration status, simply dial 106# and follow the prompts. If you find that your SIM card is not registered, you can follow the prompts or visit a Telkom shop or agent for assistance.

For those who are already fully registered, there is no need to visit a Telkom shop or agent. You can get in touch with Telkom via 100 on your Telkom line or via their social media channels.
