Renowned gospel DJ Sammy Muraya, alias DJ Mo, has shared his journey of overcoming past regrets and achieving success.
According to DJ Mo, his experience with marijuana began after high school, around 2005. He revealed that he used to hang out with friends who were bad influences, leading him to try 'kush kush' (bhang) in Mathare.
Reflecting on his life, DJ Mo expressed regret over not starting his hustle earlier. He wished he had been more serious about life at the age of 15, rather than waiting until he was 26 or 27 to make a change.
Despite starting late, DJ Mo has achieved financial stability and is now able to provide his daughter Ladasha with the kind of life he never had as a child. He stated, “I give her everything she asks for because I did not have this thing growing up,” highlighting the importance of giving his daughter the opportunities he lacked.
